The designer Mabel Galindo began her journey in 2012. When she decided to take a very important step, to start her vocation. She studied fashion design and pattern making at the Escuela Técnica de Moda3, in Sabadell (Barcelona). Which by then did not take long to sketch her own designs and launch her own clothing firm with a style somewhat different from what we see now, called It Rocks Barcelona.
Contributing her grain of sand in fashion has always been a goal for Mabel, working as an independent designer. The world and fashion is constantly changing, for this reason the designer began to create collections of custom dresses for daring, elegant, sophisticated women and top quality materials to be the protagonist of this story.
The firm Mabel Galindo was created in 2016, in Sabadell specifically, the designer decided to bet on the sector of guests to special events or weddings since she had been an example wearing her own designs. As a result of entering the world of guest, she began to create a collection of guest dresses and somewhat later, for brides.
That same year, they opened their first atelier in Barcelona, hand in hand with her sister Iris, Mabel was in charge of the creative and design part, while her sister took the reins of the financial and communication part of the brand, which was a great balance to make the firm known.
It emerged as a family business, with a young and modern mind, taking care of every detail of elegance and sophistication. It is known for its mermaid cut and plunging necklines, embroidered fabrics and flounced skirts, which in every outfit makes you feel like the perfect guest.
Finally, the icing on the cake is that this firm keeps its essence and identity for all those guests who want a Mabel Galindo design. She launches two collections, one in Spring and one in Autumn. It also works under measure for guests or brides who want a more personalized design, something unique and special.
